SUN NAP - PRODUCER

[2.00 EPSOM].

The final English Classic of the season the ST LEGER is held at NEWMARKET on Saturday and that will form the feature meeting for the weekend. We'll also aim to update from EPSOM too.

More updates in the week on DAISY'S RACING site and additional information as and when it comes to us on her BLOG page.

Introduction:

Using the excellent ratings available from Adrian Masseys Website [Link] as well as my own form study we will record our system and selections progress during 2008. Adrian's site gives daily ratings for the main UK meetings of the day, and selections can be filtered using a number of reporting tools available and FREE to all!

The staking will try to keep to the rules 2Pt Win / 8Pt Place. Selections will vary and may include favs from time to time depending on market strength. On average we hope to be aiming at prices around 8/1 or more.

[For Clarity, +/- results are shown to a theoretical £1 Win Stake at SP]

Coverage for the weekends main meetings will be available from Friday Evening.

When we started off these pages in 2008 we ended up with a nice healthy profit of +35.18 points to a £1 win stake at SP. Sadly the recession hit us too and during 2009 we only saw a small profit of +3.625 points to a level stake at SP.

We just about broke even again in 2010 returning a level stakes profit +4.275 points despite being well behind in the early part of the year we clawed it back during the latter part of the flat season and once again showed a profit in the end.

To be fair though my own profits tend to be more due to the way I play the place markets more than looking solely at winners. But I feel if we can achieve a level stakes profit year on year (no matter how small, a profit is a profit) then we know we going in the right direction overall. Remember even a 4/1 second placer can be a winner for us. So happy enough that we keep showing profits month by month, and gives us lots to look forward to in 2011 which I am sure will be another profitable season.
